Billing, Free Trial & Cancellation Policy

Certain AsteroCFO.ai memberships may begin with a limited free trial. Unless canceled before the trial period ends, your membership will automatically convert into a paid monthly subscription at the rate shown during signup. By activating access, you authorize AsteroCFO.ai to charge your selected payment method according to the billing schedule presented at checkout. Failure to cancel prior to the renewal date will result in automatic billing.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled by you from your account dashboard prior to the renewal date. Canceling stops future renewals but does not reverse, prorate, or refund any charges already processed.

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a charge has been successfully completed. You are responsible for managing your subscription status and cancellation timing within your account settings.
